RTC 即時時鐘與低功耗喚醒/鬧鐘中斷實作

核心重點：

• 學習使用 R4 內建的 RTC (Real-Time Clock) 硬體時鐘進行精確校時與時間戳 (Timestamp) 記錄。

• 實作 Periodic Interrupt (週期中斷) 與 Alarm Interrupt (鬧鐘觸發喚醒)。
